Returns Policy

Original Paintings.

I want you to be completely happy with your painting and so am offering a refund on all my paintings that arrive even if you don’t like it. Please contact me within 7 days via my email address: maggie@maggiematthews.co.uk

If you live within Cornwall I can come and pick up the painting myself.

If I have couriered or posted the painting out to you please carefully re-wrap it and send it back via the same method I used to send it to you. Large paintings will be placed on a specialist art courier “3Lanes” and smaller pieces will be delivered through the post office via “Special Delivery”. The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the painting.

Once I have received the painting back I will refund you through “Stripe” on my website within 14 days.


All work is carefully packed and wrapped. If you receive a painting that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days and if possible keep a photograph.

At this time I are unable to offer a refund or return on any paintings sent outside of the UK.

Prints

My gallery quality prints are supplied in a sturdy cardboard tube and posted out to you via “Special Delivery”.

If you are not completely happy with the print please place it back in it tube and return it via the post office “Special Delivery” with a tracking number.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the print.

Once I have received the print back I will refund you through “Stripe” on my website within 14 days.

At this time I are unable to offer a refund or return on any prints sent outside of the UK.

Greetings Cards

If you are not completely satisfied with your greetings cards or they were damaged during transit please return them via the post office and once I have received them back I will refund you through “Stripe” on my website within 14 days.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the greetings cards.
